Summary
Congenital / infantile fibrosarcoma is a rare tumor in the paediatric age group. It occurs mainly in children below the age of five years and commonly involves the extremities. Its biologic behavior is better than that of adult fibrosarcoma. In this report a case of congenital /infantile fibrosarcoma in a one year old male is presented.
