Although medulloblastoma is considered as a pediatric tumor, it may occur less frequently in adolescents or rarely in adults. But the desmoplastic histological variant, which is observed in approximately 15% of pediatric cases, has been demonstrated to be present in up 50% of adults cases. In this article, we report two cases of desmoplastic medulloblastoma and discuss the clinicopathological features of desmoplastic medulloblastomas, with review of the literature.
