Extrauterine mullerian adenosarcomas are very rare although mullerian adenosarcomas are common in uterus. In this study, we examined a patient with weight loss and abdominal swelling complaints and who had undergone TAH+BSO and pelvic mass extirpation. Histopathological and immunohistochemical features of the tumor are given which was diagnosed as bilateral primary ovarian adenosarcoma after microscopic examination. We describe a case of ovarian adenosarcoma because of its rare localization and pelvic recurrence, with review of the literature.
