Angiomatoid fibrous tumor was classified as a subgroup of malignant fibrous histiocytoma in previous classifications, but because it rarely metastasizes and overall prognosis is good, it is regarded in the group of intermediate fibrohistiocytic tumor fınally. in this study, two angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma cases are presented. Both cases were 1mdergone to marginal excision. One of the cases relapsed eight years after fırst excision, other case has lost to follow-up. Immunohistochemically, both cases showed desmin positivity that supported the myogenic differentiation which has proposed by some of other authors.
