Calcifications in the glandular lumina and stroma of the uterine endometrium was observed in a hysterectomy specimen of a 32-years-old woman operated for uterine descencus. She had a history of exogen progesterone administration. Some of the calcifications resembled Liesegang rings. In this case report, benign endometrial calcifications and Liesegang rings and their pathogenesis and etiology are discussed.
