This study aimed to discuss clear cell carcinoma that constitute 5-10 % of all malign ovarian epithelial-stromal tumors. A primary infertile woman with bilateral ovarian clear cell carcinoma was presented. In this case, bilateral ovarian clear cell carcinoma, endometriotic cyst adjacent to tumor tissue in left ovary, metastatic tumor in omentum and appendix were determined. For endometriosis and foci of atypical changes encountered in endometriosis are associated with clear cell carcinoma and other malignant epithelial ovarian tumors even in young patients, it is concluded that close screening of ovarian endometriosis and careful long-term follow-up of these patients is required.
