Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is a rare benign skin tumor. It is characterized by extensive papillary epithelial elements growing in to the dermis. Syringocystadenoma papilliferum often presents at birth and most commonly in the head and neck. We presented a case of syringocystadenoma papilliferum of the Ieft knee.
