Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is a slow growing benign adnexial tumour that most often appears on the scalp and face. Histologic examination demonstrates both apocrine ductuler and secretory features and a distinctive plasmacytic stromal infiltration. We report four cases of syringocystadenoma papilliferum with histopathologic, histochemical, immunhistochemical and immunflorescent features.
