Primary Non-Hodkgin lymphoma of the breast is a rare disease and bileteral involvement is exceptional. We describe a case of bilateral primary Non-Hodkgin lymphoma of the breast in 41-year old woman. Microscopic evaluation of the fine needle aspirations of the right and left breast mass showed predominantly atypical lymphocytes and occasional plasma cells. Microscopic findings of the incisional biopsy of the left breast were considered diagnostic for Non-Hodkgin diffuse large B cell lymphoma. She received systemic chemotherapy and was alive for a year and well without evidence of recurrence.
