Hemangiopericytoma is a rare tumor of vascular origin. It may arise from any vascular site, but it is very rarely localised in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. A review of the literature shows high recurrence rates in spite of a benign histologicnature. In this report, a case of 60-year-old woman with intranasal hemangiopericytoma who was admitted to the hospital with epistaxis and nasal obstruction is presented. Histopathological and immunohistochemical features of this case are discussed with a review of literature.
