Sinus Histiocytosis with Massive Lymphade-nopathy is an idiopathic, histologically distinctive disorder that characteristically produces painless cervical lymphoadenopathy and reactive histiocyte proliferation. Other node groups are frequently involved and mass lesions in extranodal sites occur in approximately 30% of patients. In most cases the disease is chronic and the course is often characterized by exacerbations and remission. We report the case of a 46 years old man whose inguinal lymph node has not include characteristic morphologic finding and whose diagnostic finding has been achieved by using cervical lymph node morphology. Besides, histiocytes with lymphophagocytosis, necrosis and granulom have been seen in cervical node sinuses. Since, its distinctive histopathologic differences were observed in different area (cervical, inguinal) and it includes rarely observed findings, such as necrosis and granuloma, our case was discussed here in.
