Laryngeal chondrosarcoma Cartilaginous tumours of the larynx are rare and they comprise less than 1% of laryngeal tumors. Chondrosarcoma is the most frequent laryngeal malignant mesenchymal tumor, still there are only approximately 200 reported cases in the literature. Differential diagnosis with chondromas pose difficulty especially for low grade chondrosarcomas standart treatment procedure is laryngectomy. Herein a laryngeal subglottic, widely extensive, low grade chondrosarcomas from a 65 year old female patient is presented and diferential diagnosis is discussed.
