Primary Genital Lymphoma: A case report Female genital tract is an unusual location for primary lymphoproliferative diseases. In this paper a case of non-Hodgkin lymphoma involving cervix and ovaries is persented. The diagnosis is established by conventional microscopic findings supported with immunohistochemical stains. The case is deemed as primary genital Iymphoma in view of the fact that there was no other secondary deposit using various imaging techniques. In addition, peripheral blood and bone marrow analysis proved to be normal. Lymphomas involving female genital tract which is a rare location for this entity, is discussed in view of the literature.
