Enterogenous cyst
Enterogenous cysts are rare developmental lesins of the central nervous system. The cysts occur mainly in the lower cervical and thoracic canl but also within the cranium.

A 42 years old woman was admitted to Neurosurgery clinic for urinary and bowel incontinence, weakness in the lower extremities and walking disability for one month. Computed Tomography (CT) seans disclosed intramedullary, intradural cystic mass at L1-L2 level.The cystic mass was excised totally. Enterogenous cysts of the spinal cord are discussed.
