Examination of various antigenic expressions in odontogenic tumors with epithelial component This study aims of examining the relation ship between the biologic behavior, histogenesis and some antigenic expressions in various epithelial odontogenic tumors with ameloblastic and squamous epithelia. For this purpose, 12 cases of benign odontogenic tumors with epithelial component were selected. In two of them, Langerhans cells were observed. In one case of cystic ameloblastoma and one case of adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, vimentin reactivity were seen. The correlation between PCNA and diffuse low molecular weight cytokeratin reactivity suggests that cytokeratins may be useful for examination of odontogenic tumor differentiation and proliferative activity
