SUMMARY
Lymphadenopathic Kaposi's sarcoma A 55 year old man admitted to our hospital because of macular lesions involving both of his feet and inguinal lympadenopathy. Biopsies from the skin lesions and lymph node dissection revealed Kaposi's sarcoma. His diagnostic work-up showed that he was HIV negative and no evidence of either types immunodefficiency was detected. Presentation of lymphadenopathic Kaposi's sarcoma in an immunocompetent host is presented and differential diagnosis is discussed in this case report.
