Blue nevus of the cervix : A case Report In this study, a case of blue nevus of the uterine cervix is presented. It was found incidentally in histopathological examination of the cervix of a patient who had total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingooferectomy for a leiomyoma of uterus. Similar cases that were described previously in literature are rewieved and hypothesises about histogenesis of this lesion are discussed.
