Metaplastic carcinomas of the breast Metaplastic carcinoma of breast are a heterogeneous group of neoplasms which contain both adenocarcinoma and squamous , spindle, osteoid or chondroid areas together. In this report three cases of metaplastic breast carcinomas are reported. Two of them are metaplastic breast carcinomas with chondrosarcomatous areas and one of them is an adenocarcinoma of breast which shows spindle cell metaplasia.
