Craniopharyngiomas are benign, cystic epithelial tumors of the sellar region. They are of two types being adamantinomatous and papillary. Papillary craniopharyngiomas are rare type found in adults which comprise the 20% of craniopharyngiomas. In our case, the patient is 45 years old male with a cystic lesion localized in the suprasellar region.
