Adrenal cysts are rare lesions with five distinct histopathological subtypes: epithelial cysts, endothelial cysts, parasitic cysts, pseudocyts and unclassified benign cysts.

Herein we present six nonfunctioned adrenal cyst cases (three pseudocysts, two endothelial cysts and one parasitic cyst) from the adrenalectomy serial of our institiution that is composed of 45 cases which were performed between the years 1999 and 2007.

Adrenal cysts are important because of the clinical emergencies they may cause and the incidental malignancies they may contain. Close follow up or surgical resection are the choices for management.
